Compatible with Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11 - on Windows 7/8 the tool automatically falls back to a compatible technical approach, since the newer Windows built-in tools aren't available there.
Administrator rights are required for user management - the tool requests them automatically on startup. Free to use at your own risk!
