Alpha10 NetGuard is a free network monitoring tool for Windows 11.
It shows all active TCP/UDP connections in real time and lets you intervene directly - from killing a process to blocking individual IPs or ports via the Windows firewall.
View TCP/UDP connections with process name, PID, and path in real time
Kill a process or forcibly close a connection (like TCPView)
Block IPs or ports via the Windows firewall - optionally with automatic unblocking after a set time
One-click WHOIS, ping, and traceroute lookups
Optionally show hostname and country of origin
Export and restore firewall rules as a backup
Hide individual processes on demand
Light/dark design
Administrator rights are required for "disconnect" and "block" - viewing alone works without them.
Runs entirely locally: connection data is not transmitted. Only when you actively trigger a WHOIS/ping/traceroute lookup is the affected IP sent to an external target.
Free to use at your own risk!
